The website currently has no information on the previously unknown 41st Reunion other than the image of this ribbon found on a for sale Internet site. Enos Pierson was an active member and organizer of the 16th Ohio reunions. He was a corporal in Company C and was with the regiment during its entire service period from September, 1861 through October, 1864. Cpl. Pierson died nine months before this reunion, on December 15, 1915, in Wooster, and the reunion pin was likely fashioned to honor him for his service to the reunion committee.

This ribbon is believed to have been owned by Pvt. Benjamin Howard Wile, Company F.
